Tim came to me with a new idea for PC tech support. He wanted to have instant tech support available by chat, as well as mobile technicians in the field.

He knew what he wanted to do, and together we were able to find a way to fit the features inside of his budget.

We found a low cost way to integrate a live, instant message function into the site, complete with logging for independent operators, and instant PayPal transaction operations.

As a cool extra feature, Tim can send a text message to his website with a zip code that he's currently servicing. As Tim hops around town assisting customers with the PC issues, new clients can see exactly what area he's in and call for a special discount.
